Front Panel

LOCAL key 

Press this key to switch to local mode. In local mode, remote mode  

(remote control using communication commands) is cleared, and  

key operation becomes possible. 

This key is disabled when local lockout (see page 3-2) has been  

activated by a controller. 

INTERFACE key (page 3-5) 

Press this key to set the handshaking, data format,  

baud rate, or terminator.
