Self Test

If you believe that the module is not operating correctly, perform the self test according to

the following procedure with nothing connected to the input terminals of the module

being tested and the external trigger input terminal/external I/O connector of the

measuring station.

Executing Self Test

1. Select 

Self Test

 from the 

System

 menu of the WE7000 Control Software.

2. In the Self Test dialog box that appears, select the station name and enter the slot

number corresponding to the module, and click 

Execute

.  “Executing...” is displayed in

the Result display box.

Verifying Test Results

If a value other than 0 is displayed in the Result display box of the Self Test dialog box,

the module is probably malfunctioning.  Please contact your nearest YOKOGAWA dealer

as listed on the back cover of this manual for repairs.
