Software changes of the DO402
10-6-1. Changes made by software release 1.1
● Slope calculation bug is solved in release 1.1. In release 1.0 calibration caused a wrong slope calculation,
resulting in a wrong measurement.
● The Air calibration menu in the maintenance mode is expanded with a zero current (0%) calibration, used
for calibration in nitrogen.
● When the manual temperature in service code 13 is enabled then a manual temperature adjust menu is
accessible in maintenance mode for quick adjustment of the temperature.
● Software changes for better performance with polarographic sensors.

Arrow in display in case of AIR.CAL was not correct. This has been changed

Maintenance timer was decrementing in case of a powerdown-powerup sequence.

Slope value was not reset to 100% in case of Defaults load. (SV70)

Init userflow was not correct. (procedure was aborted in case of 30 sec. of key-silence)

Communication changes to operate with the DO402-PC package.

● The maximum wash interval was 18.2 hours instead of the specified 36 hours
● When the slope was manually changed using service code 22, the change had no effect on the process
value.
● The instrument showed negative values as 0.0 ppm, mg/l or %sat, therefore a negative value (wrong air
calibration) was never showed to the user.
● The sensor initialization method was not very user friendly.
● The temperature measurement with the Ingold compatible sensor was incorrect.

In S.C. 51 manual pressure can be enabled. In maintenance mode the pressure can be entered. If manual
pressure is enabled, a warning is given when starting H
2
O, manual or air calibration.

As a kind of remote range a range 1B is added to the already existing range 1 and range 2. Service Code
38 can be used to allow range 1B. (and automatically disables WASH with external button).

● Default no membrane check.
● Stepping through Service Code 01 no longer defaults zero and slope.
● Interpolation mA-table improved.
● 2-point calibration improved.
● FAIL contact no longer irregularly toggles.
