CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
Before commencing any of the activities described below, unplug the device.
The device should be cleaned immediately after finishing work as dried up food remains may cause
the accessories to become difficult to disassemble and make the cleaning process difficult.
Do not use erosive cleaning agents to clean any parts of the device.
Do not wash any parts of the device in a dishwasher.
After each cleaning, put a thin layer of vegetable oil on the cutting knife and metal grinding chamber
plates
.
1.
Remove all accessories used and disassemble them completely.
2.
Wash each part with warm water and some dishwashing liquid.
3. Rinse each part with warm, clean water.
4. Thoroughly dry off all parts.
5.
Use a damp cloth to clean the body of the kitchen machine, and then dry it off thoroughly.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Possible cause

The device does not work
The power plug is
disconnected from the wall
socket.
Connect the power plug to the wall socket.
Blender, grinding chamber
or cutting chamber falls
out of their mount
The accessories are
improperly installed.
Remove the accessories and install them
properly.
The blender cap leaks
The cap has been
improperly installed.
Stop device operation, take the cap off and
install it properly.
The unit is
mixing / grinding / cutting
poorly
The power setting is too
low.
Set the control knob in a higher position.
The meat was not cleaned
off and/or the pieces are
too large.
Clean off the meat and/or cut it into smaller
pieces.
The cutting knife was
installed on the wrong
side.
Install the cutting knife with the convex side
facing inwards to the device.
The device has
overheated.
Turn the unit off, unplug it and let it cool down for
at least 60 minutes.
The cutting knife or other
part has worn out.
Replace the worn out part with a new one
recommended by the manufacturer.
The device turns off
during operation
The unit was used for too
long.
Turn the unit off, unplug it and let it cool down for
at least 60 minutes. Do not operate the device
for longer than 15 minutes at a time.
The meat was not cleaned
off and/or the pieces are
too large.
Clean off the meat and/or cut it into smaller
pieces.
The device is damaged.
Unplug the device and contact customer service.
