Preparing pasta
1.
Plug the device in.
2.
Turn the device on by putting the control knob in a position from “1” to “8”, depending on the products
used. It is recommended to follow the instructions from the “recommended speed settings and work
times” table.

Remove the food pusher, feed dough into the hopper and push it in with the food pusher.
4.
Cut off the extruded pasta with a knife to achieve desired length.
5.
After finishing work, put the control knob in the “OFF” position and unplug the device.
TIP:
After use, put a piece of bread in the grinding chamber and turn the device on for a moment to clear
out the remaining dough.
To remove the grinding chamber, press and hold the button to the right of the chamber mount, twist the chamber
clockwise until a 45° is reached, and then pull it towards yourself.
