HOW TO USE
1. Lift up the bread pan from the main body by rotating the pan anticlockwise.
2. Align the oblate hole at kneading blade to the corresponding position of revolving axle in bread
pan and fix in appropriate position.
3. Pour water into the bread pan and add the rest of ingredients to the bread pan by order.
Ensure that yeast powder is added above of the flour and don't mix yeast powder with water,
sugar and salt, otherwise the activation of yeast will be weaken or can't workable.
4. Insert bread pan into the chamber and push down then rotate the pan clockwise to ensure it is
locked in position. Close the lid.
5. Plug in and switch on, screen displays default to setting Menu 1.

Press the “MENU" button until required program is selected. Follow select loaf size by
pressing "SIZE" and select crust color by pressing "COLOR".
7. To set delay timer, use the "(+)and (-) button to increase or decrease the time in 10 minutes, up
to maximum total delay time is 15 hours.
8. Press "START/STOP" button to start, the indicator light flashed and bread maker begins to
knead. To pause, press "PAUSE" button. To stop or cancel the program, press "START/STOP"
button for 3-5 seconds.
9. At the end of baking, the machine gives a buzzer sound and program auto-starts "Keep
Warm". If you don't want to take the bread out immediately, the keep warm period will
commence and run for 1 hour.
10. Pressing "Start/Stop" for 3 seconds followed by giving a buzzer sound, "Keep Warm" is
stopped.
11. Unplug and remove the bread pan from the machine using gloves.
12. Turn the pan upside-down and shake several times to release the cooked bread. If the bread is
difficult to remove, try knocking the corner of the bread pan on a wooden board, or rotate the
base of the shaft underneath the bread pan.
