Try to reboot the Omnos system.
No Obvious Surround Effect
Check your source input. The surround effect is minor if your source is low quality
stereo.
If your source is streamed with 5.1 or even higher quality audio, please check the audio
output settings of your source input HDMI device first. Please make sure your players
are configured with “
Raw Data
” or “
Bitstream
” audio output to Omnos. You can check
the user manual of your specific device to see how to configure the audio output.
Also check that no surroundings before the Omnos’ up-firing or side-firing drivers.
Wireless Interference
During wireless playback, you may encounter static or other interference. As many
wireless devices work at 2.4GHz Wi-Fi bands, so the interference could happen when
you stream audio wireless especially when the wireless connection between subwoofer
and Omnos Soundbar. Try to move the nearby appliances that may interfere to check the
cause of the interference.
Bluetooth streaming not working
Check that you’ve paired with Omnos and audio streaming is started.
Check the AUX button LED light blinks which means current input is Bluetooth.
Make sure no other Bluetooth device is streaming. Only one source can be connected to
the Omnos at a time. You can disconnect other devices from the Omnos Play App from
tab [
Settings
]
[
BT Connection
]
[
Disconnect Bluetooth
], and reconnect again.
