Check that your source input is turned on.
Check that your Omnos source input is correctly selected.
No Sound from the Subwoofer
Check the power supply for the subwoofer; ensure AC cord is connected at both ends.
Check the power button besides the power cable is pressed.
Check the standby button on the top of sub is on and the LED light stays constant.
If the LED light blinks, the sub is not paired to the Soundbar, please press the pair
button until LED light not blinking.
Some program source may not have the low frequency content. In this case, no sound
from sub is normal.
Noisy Output from TV
In your TV’s audio settings, make sure the audio output is set to “
External
Speaker,
” or “
Receiver
” instead of “
TV Speakers
”.
No Video Output
Check the HDMI out connection and the TV HDMI input connection and ensure the
correct source input for the TV set is selected.
Check the source input for Omnos is correctly selected as well.
Check the power supply for your source input.
No Audio Output for ARC
Check the Omnos input is switched to ARC and the HDMI1 button LED is blinking.
Check the TV’s
audio settings, and make sure the audio output is set to “
External
Speaker,
” or “
Receiver
” instead of “
TV Speakers
”.
Try to set the Digital Audio output as PCM in the TV’s audio setting, or some bitstream
may not be handled properly on Omnos Soundbar.
Try to power off and power on TV again to check the compatibility for the ARC
implementation on your TV.
Omnos Play App Can’t find Omnos or Connection Issue
Check the function button LED status to see if your Omnos is connected to your home
Wi-Fi, when connected, the function button LED should stay constant.
Make sure Omnos and your mobile device is in the same network.
Try to reboot your router if function button LED stays constant and your Mobile Phone
