Note:
1. The hydraulic disc brake is operated under high pressure. In order to ensure safety and
reliability, the replacement time of brake oil hose, brake oil cup and brake oil shall not exceed the
time stipulated in this manual.
2. If the hydraulic disc brake system needs to be maintained or repaired, it can only be carried out
by the dealer or the maintenance station to ensure the
safety.
3. If there is a soft feeling in the operation of the brake
handle, it indicates that there is air in the braking
system.
It is necessary to completely eliminate the air in
the brake system before the motorcycle can be put into
operation.
Otherwise, the air in the braking system will significantly reduce the braking performance,
which can also lead to failure and accident. The maintenance station personnel must be asked to
adjust and exhaust the operation.
4. Do not drive immediately when the new brake disc is changed.
The brake handle should be manipulated several times until the brake disc ③ is meshed with the
brake clamp ② so that the front brake handle is returned to the normal stroke.
The brake fluid
1, the front and rear wheels of hydraulic brakes, brake fluid used oil cup① brand for 4604 the
non-oil brake oil, DOT or DOT, do not mix with
other kinds of brake fluid, such as silicon or
brake oil until the oil base, otherwise it will
seriously damage the brake system.
