DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROL PANEL

OPERATION OF THE SPANNER
Turn on
- press the „+” button, al the diodes will turn on, the display will present the maximum torque value to be set, and then „0” will be displayed.
Turn off
- press simultaneously the „S”, „+” and „-” buttons and hold for approximately three seconds; in case the user does not react, the spanner will turn off
after approximately 40 seconds.
Torque display
- once the spanner has been turned on, the current torque value is displayed. The display shows five times the maximum achieved torque
value and then the value is saved.
Torque adjustments
- press the „S” button, and then use the „+” and „-” buttons to select the torque value. Once the required value has been set confirm the
selection pressing the „S” button again.
Selection of the torque unit
- press the „S” button and hold for approximately three seconds. Holding the „S” button set the required torque unit. A triangular
indicator will indicate the selected unit.
Memory bank selection
- press the „+” button and hold for approximately three seconds. Press the „+” and „-” buttons in order to select memory bank 1, 2 or
3. The banks contain the last three achieved torque values. Press the „S” button in order to exit the memory bank selection mode.
Spanner operation mode
- press and hold the „+” button, and then press the „S” button, hold both buttons for approximately two seconds. Select one of the
spanner operation modes.
Peak value mode (p)
- the spanner signals the set torque value has been achieved, and then displays it five times.
Tracking mode (T)
- the spanner displays the current torque value. Once pressure is not exerted upon the spanner, it displays the maximum torque value five
times and saves it.
Spanner overload
- in case the spanner range has been exceeded, the 110% diode starts to flash and the display shows „FULL”. In such a case, press the „R”
button in order to reset the electronics of the spanner.
