
Tap
SAVE
to exit the robot configuration. Forge/OS uploads a tool data file to the USB drive attached to the
Yaskawa pendant. If you didn't see one before, you will see a Tool Mismatch error now.
Note:
Forge/OS saves the updated TCPs and Payloads to
tool.cnd
in the USB drive root directory, not in the
forge-os
folder.

Switch the Yaskawa pendant to TEACH and select Safety Mode:
Turn the key to TEACH.

From the Main Menu, navigate to
SYSTEM INFO
, then
SECURITY
.

Select
SAFETY MODE
from the dropdown list.

Enter the
SAFETY MODE
password and press the
ENTER
button on the pendant keypad.
