Sets the communications speed between the serial
encoder and the PG-F3 Option.
This parameter can be set when F1-50 = 1.

2: 1 M/38400 bps (same as setting 0 when using
EnDat 2.2/22)
3: 1 M/38400 bps (same as setting 0 when using
