Chapter 12 Editing the Background
Procedure
Color/Pattern
1. Select a shape.
2. Select [Color/Pattern] from the [Palette] menu. The [Pattern] dialog box
is displayed.
3. Set the color/pattern.

1) [Foreground
Color] button
Displays the [Colors] dialog box. Select the foreground color.
Foreground colors can only be selected when a pattern is
selected.
2) [Background
Color] button
Displays the [Colors] dialog box. Select the background color.
3) [Transparent]
button
Does not paint the shape.
4)
Pattern menu Displays the available patterns. Click the pattern to select it.
5)
[OK] button
Applies the selected color/pattern for the shape selected in the
screen.
6) [Cancel]
button
Closes the [Pattern] dialog box.
7) Selected
Pattern
Displays a sample of the selected pattern.
