g. Fully tighten the cap bolt

onto the

damper rod by hand.

NOTE:

Make sure that there is a clearance

of 0 ~ 1

mm (0 ~ 0.04 in) between the front fork cap
bolt and locknut

h. Hold the cap bolt

and tighten the nut

to specification.

i. Remove the rod holder.

j. Temporarily tighten the cap bolt
