9 Install the spring guide with its smaller dia. end

facing downward.
9 With its thread

tighten the locknut onto the damper rod.

9 Dust seal

9 Stopper ring

9 Oil seal

9 Oil seal washer

9 Slide metal

To inner tube

NOTE:
9 Apply the fork oil on the inner tube.
9 When installing the oil seal, use vinyl seat

with fork oil applied to protect the oil seal lip.
9 Install the oil seal with its manufacture's marks
or number facing the axle holder side.
9 Install the oil seal washer with its projections

facing upward.
7. Install:
9 Piston metal

NOTE:
Install the piston metal onto the slot on inner
tube.

9 Outer tube
