Do not over-tighten the brake
cables. Over-tightening will
increase brake wear and affect
overall performance of utility
vehicle. Premature brake wear
can result.
Replacing a Headlight
Bulb
If the headlight burns out replace it
as follows:
1. Remove the bulb holder

and
bulb
2
by removing the three
screws

located on the back of
the bezel

2. Disconnect the wire connectors
from the bulb.
3. Remove the two screws

located on the side of the bulb
holder
1
to gain access to the
headlight bulb
2
.
4. Insert a new bulb

into the
bulb holder
1
and secure with
the two bulb holder screws
5
.
Torque to 3 ~ 4.5 Nm,
0.3 ~ 0.45 m•kg (27 ~ 40 in•lb).
5. Reattach the bulb holder
1
to
the bezel
4
and torque to
3 ~ 4.5 Nm, 0.3 ~ 0.45 m•kg
(27 ~ 40 in•lb).
