Item c) should be read as follows:
c) The intake valve opens 36° before top
dead center and closes 68° after bot-
tom dead center, which means the in-
take valve is held open 2 8 4 ° .
The exhaust valve opens 68° before
bottom dead center and closes 36°
after top dead center. It remains open
for a duration of 2 8 4 ° .
At one point during cam rotation, both
the intake and exhaust valve closes.

point mort bas, ce qui signifie que la sou-
pape d'admission est tenue ouverte sur
284°.
La soupape d'echappement s'ouvre 68°
avant le point mort bas et se ferme 36°
apres le point mort haut. Elle reste ouverte
pendant 284°.
A un point de la rotation de la came, les
deux soupapes d'admission et d'echappe-
ment sont fermees.

4. Nockenwelle
Der Punkt c) sollte wie folgt lauten:
c) Das Einlaßventil öffnet 3 6 ° vor oberem
Totpunkt und schließt 6 8 ° nach un-
terem Totpunkt; dies bedeutet, daß das
Einlaßventil für 2 8 4 ° geöffnet ist.
Das Auslaßventil öffnet 6 8 ° vor un-
terem Totpunkt und schließt 3 6 ° nach
o b e r e m T o t p u n k t , d.h. auch das
Auslaßventil bleibt für 2 8 4 ° geöffnet.
An einem Punkt während der Nocken-
drehung, schließt sowohl das Einlaß- als
auch das Auslaßventil.
