Do not allow grease to contact the V-belt,
secondary pulley or clutch assembly.
NOTE:

• The V-belt must be installed, with the arrow

forward.
• Install the V-belt on the primary pulley, then
install the secondary pulley

along with the
V-belt

• clutch housing

• clutch housing nut

NOTE:

Tighten the clutch housing nut while holding
the clutch housing with the sheave holder

• V-belt

NOTE:

Position the V-belt on the primary pulley

(when the pulley is at its widest position) and
on the secondary pulley

at its narrowest position), and make sure the
V-belt is tight.
