Using the SH-01
Adjust the INPUT volume as high as possible so that the PEAK lamp does not light red.

Press the [REC] button to enter the Record Standby mode, and check the amount of time
available for recording.
* If there is not enough time available for recording, either select another recording mode (
→
page 38) ,
delete any unnecessary files (
→
page 32, 33) , or use a memory card that has more available capacity.

] button to start recording.
Sing into the built-in microphones.
* Using too much force to press the [
W
/
A
] buttons to start/stop recording may result in recording of the
sound made by the button being pressed. Press the buttons gently.

After you are finished singing, press the [
W
/
A
] button to stop recording.
The file you just recorded is automatically given a name, and the display shows that the
data is saved in the memory card.
