Corrugated tube (engine stop
switch lead, throttle switch lead,
right grip warmer lead, and
thumb warmer lead)
Right handlebar switch
Pass the throttle cable over the
handlebar.
Pass the brake hose in front of
the handlebar.
Left handlebar switch
Pass the left handlebar switch
leads behind the handlebar.
Corrugated tube (left grip
warmer lead, grip/thumb
warmer adjustment switch lead,
brake light switch lead, and
headlight beam switch lead)
Auxiliary DC jack
Rectifier/regulator
AC magneto lead coupler
Connect the AC magneto lead
side coupler (gray) to the
rectifier/regulator.
Throttle position sensor coupler
(black)
Clamp the AC magneto lead,
throttle position sensor lead,
wire harness (oil pressure sen-
sor lead and oil pressure switch
lead), and pressure regulator
hose with the clamp.
Pass the AC magneto lead
behind the idle adjusting screw
wire.
Clamp the oil cooler inlet hose,
idle adjusting screw wire, and oil
pressure switch lead with the
clamp. Install the clamp with its
buckle positioned towards the
rear of the snowmobile and its
end facing to the right. Do not
clamp the oil pressure sensor
coupler.
Oil pressure sensor coupler
Pass the oil pressure switch
lead under the idle adjusting
screw, making sure that the lead
is not too taut.

Pass the corrugated tube, park-
ing brake cable, throttle cable,
meter lead, and brake hose with
the holder.
Clamp the corrugated tube,
parking brake cable, throttle
cable, meter lead, and brake
hose with the clamp.

Install the clamp with its buckle
positioned behind the leads,
cables, and hose and its end
facing to the right. Be sure to
position the corrugated tube
(engine stop switch lead, throt-
tle switch lead, right grip
warmer lead, and thumb
warmer lead) and corrugated
tube (left grip warmer lead, grip/
thumb warmer adjustment
switch lead, brake light switch
lead, and headlight beam switch
lead) towards the front and
clamp the throttle cable at the
throttle cable adjusting nut. For
other leads, order insignificant.
Position the corrugated tube
(engine stop switch lead, throt-
tle switch lead, right grip
warmer lead, and thumb
warmer lead) and corrugated
tube (left grip warmer lead, grip/
thumb warmer adjustment
switch lead, brake light switch
lead, and headlight beam switch
lead) towards the front of the
guide. For other leads, order
insignificant.
