Select “06” for PATCH of NHB32 for jigs.
Check the input level of SLOT1 and SLOT2 of DME32 (16 channels in all) at SLOT3 (MY4-DA).
The analog output of MY4-DA should be 1KHz, +4dBu
±
2dB.
Make settings for PATCH “06” of NHB32-C for jigs as follows.
CH1 to CH8 input of [AES/EBU 1] is output to CH17 to CH24 of CobraNet.
CH1 to CH8 input of [AES/EBU 2] is output to CH25 to CH32 of CobraNet.
CH17 to CH24 input of CobraNet is output to CH1 to CH8 of [AES/EBU 1].
CH25 to CH32 input of CobraNet is output to CH1 to CH8 of [AES/EBU 2].
Set MASTER CLOCK to “NETWORK”.
With the reflected jig of [AES/EBU 1 to 4] removed, connect SLOT1 of DME32 and [AES/EBU1] with the 25P D-
sub cross cable (for MY8-AE), also SLOT2 of DME32 and [AES/EBU2] with the 25P D-sub cross cable (for MY8-
AE).
Press the “ENTER” key of the keyboard.

Automatic judgment
Connect SLOT1 of DME32 and [AES/EBU3] with the 25P D-sub cross cable (for MY8-AE), also SLOT2 of DME32
and [AES/EBU4] with the 25P D-sub cross cable (for MY8-AE).
Press the “ENTER” key of the keyboard.
17 FST : Factory set
Initialize IC221 (EEPROM) of the MAIN circuit board in the factory setting state.
18 EXI : The program exits from the test mode and is restarted in the normal mode.
4. Testing of MAIN circuit board
4.1 Connection
Using the USB cable, connect CN308 or the MAIN circuit board and the USB terminal of PC.
Using the serial cable (cross), connect CN504 of the AES-AES1 circuit board and the serial terminal of PC.
Set SW201 of the MAIN circuit board to “0”.
Connect the BNC cable to JK306 of the PN-JACK circuit board. (WORD CLOCK IN-OUT)
Connect the MIDI cable to JK303 of the PN-JACK circuit board. (MIDI IN-OUT)
Connect the “reflected jig B” to CN301, CN401 of the AES-AES 1 circuit board and CN701, CN801 of AES-AES 2 circuit
board. (AES/EBU [1~4])
Connect the “reflected jig A” to CN901 of the AES-AES2 circuit board. (COM)
