Note
: Always use the AC adaptor supplied
with the DCD1+PS. Using other
adpators may result in damage to the
DCD1+PS.
Note
: Make sure that the voltage of the AC
power receptacle matches that marked
on the adaptor.
Note
: As long as the AC adaptor is plugged
into an AC power receptacle, the
adaptor will consume a small amount
of electricity. If you are not going to
use the DCD1+PS for a prolonged
period of time or if you want to turn the
DCD1+PS off completely, disconnect
the AC adaptor from the AC power
receptacle.
Connecting Other
MIDI Instruments
You can use the MIDI IN connector to connect an
external MIDI instrument and send its output to
the piano. In this case, the DCD1+PS’s MIDI
OUT and the piano’s MIDI IN connectors must be
connected, and the DCD1+PS turned on but not
playing.
e.g. Connecting a CD Changer
Although the DCD1+PS can play one CD only,
you can connect a CD changer to the DCD1+PS
and play multiple CDs continuously. The
DCD1+PS will automatically recognize both
audio/MIDI CDs and standard audio CDs that are
set in the CD changer.
