NOTE:
• Always change the bearing and the races
together.
• Change the mudguard whenever the stee-
ring head is disassembled.
ATTENTION:
If the bearing race is not coupled correctly,
the steering tube may be damaged.

WARNING
Do not try to straighten a bent handlebar
since this can weaken it dangerously.
INSTALLATION
Reverse the steps for disassembly and remo-
val. The following points should be remembe-
red
1. Apply:
• Wheel bearing grease
(on upper bearings and lower bearings.)
2. Install:
• Lower bracket
• Lower ring nut
• Rubber washer
• Central ring nut
• Lock washer
• Upper ring nut
ATTENTION:
Support the steering column until it is in
position.
