The lithium-ion battery is programmed to conserve power
during long period of inactivity. For battery serial numbers
from 100-2499, the

Sleep Mode

will initiate after five days

in which less than 200mA has been applied. For battery

serial numbers 2500 and higher,

Sleep Mode

will initiate

after 4 hours in which less than 1000mA is applied.

To activate the battery's

Wake-Up Circuit

turn the key

switch to the

position, then

OFF

again.
