Red Lever & Jaws Assembly
• Place the GUIDE PLUG into the hole
on one side of the Jaws.
• Insert the Red Lever‘s bolt threads
through the Guide Plug.

Insert the THREADED PLUG
into the other hole and squeeze
the Jaws together.

Slide the Wheel Straps
onto the Wheel Tray.
INSTALL Red Lever:
• Choose access from passenger or
driver side.
• Red Lever should face you when
the LockJaw is attached to Wheel
Tray.
Turn the Red Lever
clockwise to
engage the
Threaded Plug
.

INSERT Short Bolt head 8"
into slot in Wheel Tray.

Use the Washers and Wing
Nut to attach the Hoop
Baseplate onto this bolt.
Slide one SnapAround Bolt
into the track at the other
end of the Wheel Tray.
ON SOME
SMALLER
BIKES—
If the Wheel Straps
need to be between
the crossbars, slide
them onto the
WheelTray now.
If not, install them
after the next step.
NOTE:
Hoop must rest HORIZONTALLY on
Tray while turning the Hex Keys.
When hoop is raised the Hex Keys
CANNOT BE TURNED.
Hex Key
Set Tray/Hoop Assembly onto
crossbars. Insert two bolts up
through the SnapArounds
and Baseplate.
Secure with the
elongated
Hex Keys.
Insert the remaining bolt through
the SnapAround on the other
crossbar.
Tighten all 3 Hex Keys firmly onto
all SnapArounds.
SMALLER BIKES:
Wheel Straps may
need to go between
the crossbars.
Push the SnapArounds
onto crossbar. If you have
square bars, see last
page for SnapAround
instructions.

Place Wheel Straps
outside the crossbars.
