models having chain driven thermostatic regulator, bottom air-inlet duct

be closed
and combustion will be decreased.

the house because it also provides convection from its
surrounding.
It can
also be installed
in
a room or
in
the kitchen having chimney with good draft.

Central
bleating
Stove
can
not
be
placed in the
room
where
people sleep. It must not be installed
outside

Chimney must be cleaned before
attaching

pipes of the stove.

Attention must be
paid so that the pipes

the stove get linked to each other

within the other.

OPERATING CENTRAL HEATING STOVE
3.1
When installation becomes
completed, socket must be
inserted
to
the
grounded plug,
The red
color
lamp from the two lamps indicates that there is
electricity
and the green one shows that
electricity has
come
to
the circulation
pump.
You
can
start
the
operation
of
the circulation
pump
by adjusting
the
pump of the thermostat
(Figure
-
1/9)
to
zero degree.

Valve must be
opened
in
order to give water to the
system
(Figure
-
1/9)
from
service water line.
Valve must be closed when
1/4 of
the
expansion tank
(Figure
-
1/12)
gets
filled.
3.3
By removing big
yellow screw on
the circulation pump,
be
sure
that
the
tip
of
motor
shaft
taking
place
inside turns.
If it is not
turning, shaft must be turned once
with the
screwdriver. Big yellow
screw
is applied to its place when shaft starts to turn.
3.4 Air
of
the cores must be removed. Water level
of
expansion tank (Figure
-
1/12) must be controlled.

It is recommended to operate the
circulation
pump
first
and then to give water to the system
in
order
not
to
have air within the
systems of
YS-02
and 202 model products. As for the problems
of
airing,
first
the water taking place
in
the system is emptied. Water is given again while circulation
pump is in the working state. Water must be given to the installation
from
the inlet pipe
of
the
boiler
(Figure
-
1/9).
3.6 After
becoming
sure
that there is no
leakage in
the
system,
fuel
is loaded to the firing chamber
and then the
fire
is set. Pump thermostat
(Figure
-
1/8)
is adjusted. Pump
will
start working
when
the temperature
of
the water exceeds
40°C.
3.7
Temperature of
the boiler's water which is determinant
for
the temperature of the
room,
is adjusted
from
chain driven thermostatic regulator (Figure
-
1/8)
and this regulator is optional. Chain driven
thermostatic regulator automatically controls burning speed
of Central
bleating
Stove
and it
maintains the heat
of
the water
fixed
at
the adjusted temperature.
3.8
In
order to obtain a
good heat,
the coal
having
6000-7000
kcal/hour, dry
and the kind to cause
less ash and by having walnut-orange size must be preferred. Big size coal
comforts
the inlet
of
the air. You
can
also mix walnut size coal
with
orange
size coal.
3.9 Central bleating Stove must
be ignited from the
top. If it
is ignited from the bottom,
volatile
substances
taking
place
in
the coal
will
be thrown out without
getting
burned. This means inefficient
burning
and environmental pollution.
