MIX balance Adjustment

Set the Main Band frequency to 14.200 MHz.

Connect the DC voltmeter to TP3007 on the
RX-1 Unit.

Press and hold in the [MODE], [SSB] and [CW]
keys, while turning the radio on, to enter the
alignment mode.

Adjust the VR3001 so that the DC voltmeter
reading is “6.60 V (±0.05 V)”.

Connect the DC voltmeter to TP3006 on the
RX-1 Unit.

Set the Main Band frequency to 7.15 MHz.

Rotate the [MULTI] knob to select the align
-
ment parameter “2-001 Local 7”.

Press the [MULTI] knob, then rotate the [MPVD]
ring so that the DC voltmeter reading is “1.10 V
(±0 05 V)”.

Set the Main Band frequency to 14.20 MHz.

Rotate the [MULTI] knob to select the align
-
ment parameter “2-002 Local 14”.

Press the [MULTI] knob, then rotate the [MPVD]
ring so that the DC voltmeter reading is “1.05 V
(±0 05 V)”.

Set the Main Band frequency to 21.20 MHz.

Rotate the [MULTI] knob to select the align
-
ment parameter “2-003 Local 21”.

Press the [MULTI] knob, then rotate the [MPVD]
ring so that the DC voltmeter reading is “1.05 V
(±0 05 V)”.

Set the Main Band frequency to 28.10 MHz.

Rotate the [MULTI] knob to select the align
-
ment parameter “2-004 Local 28”.

Press the [MULTI] knob, then rotate the [MPVD]
ring so that the DC voltmeter reading is “0.80 V
(±0 05 V)”.

Set the Main Band frequency to 50.50 MHz.

Rotate the [MULTI] knob to select the align
-
ment parameter “2-005 Local 50”.

Press the [MULTI] knob, then rotate the [MPVD]
ring so that the DC voltmeter reading is “1.00 V
(±0 05 V)”.
