Trouble shooting
You are not supposed to fix the handheld or the sensor.
The product contains no customizable parts. On the other hand,
the waterproof performance is enabled by unique techniques,
functions of which may be disabled by unauthorized disassembly.
On this account, only professional maintenance personnel
properly authorized by the Company are entitled to any repair
necessary.
We have been contacted frequently by our customers requesting
repair service. We inspect their products and find many of them
are not in need of repair: the problems occur because some
customers are not very acquainted with product usage. And we
are forced to label these products as “inapplicable for mainten-
ance” and return them to the customers.
Therefore, in the event of problems during product use, we invite
you to read the following troubleshooting part carefully before
you send the product for maintenance.
