I can’t connect my robot to the PC.

1. 

Open Device Manager on Windows.
When the product is connected to the PC, please check whether the connected device’s port is 
found.

2. 

If the port is not detected, you may need to install an FTDI serial driver.

If you have problems with other products, or can’t solve the problem with the instructions above, 
please contact your regional manager.

Display “Done uploading” but still shows error message when burn program.

1. 

The electricity is low
Please fully charge the Li-ion battery or connect the adaptor and try again.

2. 

The selected COM port is wrong

Select 

Config > Port Setting
