3.4 Initial commissioning
3.4.1 General information
Use calibration after
initial ommissioning
The sensor UV 701 IQ SAC was calibrated in the factory for the parameters
SAC 254, dissolved
and
SAC 254, total
. The sensor is immediately ready to
measure.
After the initial commissioning, a user calibration is required for all correlated
parameters (
CODds correl.
,
CODto correl.
,
TOC correl.
,
BOD correl.
,
DOC
correl.
) (see section 4.3).
CAUTION
Never look into the measuring window or put objects into the
measuring window during operation! The emitted UV radiation
can damage the eyes!
In the case of authorized use, inadvertent eye contact with the
light beam is not possible.
