SYSTEM CONNECTION
Surround Sound connection:
When you want to get surround sound effect, you need to connect DVD player to a multi-channel AV receiver to
get this sound effect by analog connection or digital connection.
Analog connection:

Use 6pieces of RCA cable, connect 6 connectors of DVD player rear panel (FL, FR, SL, SR, CEN, SW)
to the audio input socket of AV surround receiver.

In connection of analog multi channel, remember to setup DOWNMIX status in Audio menu into OFF.

Digital connection:
This is to get a better audio effect. To do this kind of connection, make sure that you have an AV receiver with
built in Dolby Digital decoder or DTS decoder, with Digital Optical input socket, or Digital Coaxial input socket.

Use a digital optical cable, connect from OPTICAL output socket in DVD player, to OPTICAL input
socket in AV receiver

Use a digital coaxial cable, connect from COAXIAL output socket in DVD player, to COAXIAL input
socket in AV receiver.

In digital connection, remember to setup SPDIF SETUP as RAW or PCM. (See AUDIO SETUP)
