CHAPTER 4 CONTROL PANEL OPERATION
4.1 Turn on the power supply switch
4.2 Set up the temperatures
4.3 Set up parameters for the operation;
4.4 Install the packing film (according to the film installation drawing
4.5 Test run with empty bags;
4.6 Operate with filled bags.
[Caution]
Before starting the machine, check items as follows:

Has the temperature at the heater reached the set value for the temperature as specified?
If the set temperature has not reached the specified value, please refer to Chapters and
Sections concerning troubles shooting.

Whether or not the safety items have been fulfilled? (The machine cannot be operated if
the emergency stop switch has been pressed down, and the safety device has been
activated.)
*
Whether or not the settings of operational functions are all right?
Install the film, adjust every unit as the chapter 7 described, then the machine can be used.
