Communications

Xtralis ICAM IFT detectors can be configured with Xtralis ICAM PC Software that allows a user to fully
configure any Icam Detector for setup prior to system commissioning and handover.

An RS232 9 pin Null Modem cable connects the PC to the serial port on the IFT product. If an RS232
port is not available on the P.C/Laptop device a suitable USB/Serial converter can be used. The image
below shows connectivity of the RS 232/USB converter cable to the PC.
