Caution
-
The gradual plunging method shall be used with soft materials only,
such as wood, drywall etc. Never apply this method for metal materials.
-
For the gradual plunging method use the short blades only.
-
Lean the tool on the support foot edge of the operated material. Use the
control regulator to adjust the requested maximal speed. Press the tool firmly
to the workpiece and let the saw blade slowly plunge into the material. Lift the
tool only when fully touching the support foot area. Continue along the
requested cutting line.
-
For some operations, the saw blade may be applied rotated 180° and
lead the tool in the opposite direction.
Overlapping object cutting
- Overlapping construction elements, such as steel reinforcements or water
pipes can be cut right by the walls.
1) Hold the tool at the main and auxiliary grip and place the deflected saw
blade to the wall near the material you wish to cut off. The support foot shall
be braced on the solid support.
2) Start the tool and approach the workpiece.
3) Use the appropriate constant side pressure to cut through the workpiece.
-
For cutting right by the walls, it is necessary to choose a longer saw
blade to secure a larger deflection.
Hollow object cutting
- Make sure the saw blade length is always bigger than a diameter of the
workpiece. Otherwise, you run a risk of a saw blade stuck in the workpiece
causing a danger of a recoil.
