On Timer: A 5 second timer is initialized after pressing the button and is reset continuously while adjusting the
optical encoders. At the end of the last uninterrupted cycle of approximately 5 seconds, the display switches back from
showing the respective function to the default state (showing actual Voltage and Current outputs).
