MMD Module—audio playback
OTHER FUNCTIONS INTRODUCTION
Audio Playback
When you have selected the AUDIO icon and
confirmed with
OK
, the screen will display the
disc symbol for the connected removable
storage device, e.g. a USB disc as shown in
picture.
After choosing the desired path press
OK
to
confirm and open MP3 (wav) files and folders.
With the Up and Down navigation buttons you
can select audio files and folders to open. The
display colour of selected files is green while
other folders are shown in grey.
After selecting a folder press
OK
to enter
subdirectories. You can use the same steps to
select and play back files.
Default setting:
Normal playback of all audio
files of current directory in turn.
Audio playback submenu
: By pressing the
OSD
key you can display the audio playback
submenu on the top left corner. By pressing
the
OSD
key again this menu will be hidden.
In the audio playback submenu, you can play
back/pause, stop, forward/backward, set
mute, manually select playback of previous or
next audio files and display lyrics.
The audio playback submenu functions are
similar to video playback submenu. However,
there is one difference: The icon I lets you
select the display of audio file text informa-
tion.
Forward/backward:
The forward and back-
ward playback offers 5 levels. After the fifth
forward or backward cycle the system will
return to normal playback speed. If you select
a backward step during forward playback, you
can reduce the speed for one step (and vice
versa).
Mute function:
To switch on and switch off
the sound, and show sound status during
playback mode.
