MMD Module—video playback
OTHER FUNCTIONS INTRODUCTION
Previous/next: To manually switch to the previous/next video file for playback.
Subtitle: When the subtitle option is activated, you can select various subtitles for video
playback. The system supports several types of subtitle file formats: . SSA, .SRT, .SUB,
.SMI and .SAM. Subtitle files and video files must be located in the same directory. The
subtitle file must have same name as the movie (e.g. movie.avi > subtitle filename exam-
ple: movie.srt)
Sound track configurations: Some video playback files allow for setting of playback
sound tracks, e.g. left sound, right sound, stereo sound. If the files do not support this
functionality, this item is invalid.
Playback mode: You can choose from three playback modes — normal mode, directory
repeat, file repeat. The mode status can be displayed in the status bar.
Normal mode: For playback of video files in same the directory in sequence.
Directory repeat : For cycle playback of all video files of the selected directory.
File repeat: For repeat playback of all selected video files.
Note:
If the system cannot decode a video file, the system will prompt ”AUTHORZATON ER-
ROR” on the screen. In this case you need to press the CONFIRM button to close this
window. The system will quit playback and return to the directory interface.
