Plug the USB-Stick to the USB port
1. Please hold the USB-Stick in this
kind, so that the label of the stick is
on top.
2. Push the USB-Stick smoothly into
the USB port until the stick matches
tightly.
Notes:
Due to the legal requirements of CE-conformity, the customer is asked to only
connect USB-Sticks to the USB port.
The HMB 1000 can be support USB-Sticks up to 16 GB. Please note, that many
different brands and electronically equipments in use, so that the device may be
not support all of them.
Inserting a MultiMedia Card, Secure Digital Card or Memory Stick
1. Position the MultiMediaCard or Se-
cure Digital card on its side with the
medias label on top and gold con-
tacts on the bottom. The media
should be positioned so that the gold
contacts are farthest from you and
inserted into the reader first.
2. Insert the card into the slot gold
contacts first and the recessed notch
on the right.
3. Gently push the card in all the way until the card is fixed in place.
The Card Reader off the HMB 1000 support SD, SDHC and MMC cards. SD,
SDHC and MMC can be recognizes up to a size of 16 GB.
Notes:
Notice the notched corner of the MultiMediaCard or Secure Digital card and be
careful not to insert the MultiMediaCard or Secure Digital card in the wrong
direction. To insert properly, be sure that the card is positioned so that the re-
cessed notch is facing right and the media‘s label is on the top. The media is to
be inserted gold contacts first.
