Client interface 5 shows a loss of signal (LOS) on the line, and no receiver input power. Environmental conditions are steady,
but an error on the line has caused an automatic shutdown of the transmitting laser. The report also shows sensor readings
and the thresholds used for event and SNMP reporting.
