Roborock Customer Service Center - Technical Support
17. Q: What should I do when error 23 occurs?
A:
Error 23 indicates that the signal transmission area of the dock charger
may be blocked. Please tidy up the cables to prevent the dock charger
from being blocked, so that the machine can receive recharge signals
correctly.
18. Q: What should I do when I get a message from the machine that the
strainer is blocked when I remove the dust bin?
A:
It indicates that the strainer is partially blocked (error 10 occurs when
the strainer is completely blocked); carefully clean the strainer and check
that the strainer is not dampened
19. Q: What should I do when I receive a prompt saying "Recharging
failed, please clear obstacles around the dock charger"?
A:
1. Please move the dock charger to an open area instead of a long and
narrow corridor. If there is much trash around the dock charger, please
tidy up. 2. Please clean the terminals on the bottom of the machine and
the charging tab on the bottom of the dock charger, as you will also
receive this voice prompt when they are too dirty.
20. Q: What should I do when failing to power the machine on?
A:
This involves many possibilities: 1. Check whether it is resulted from
battery low protection; connect it to the dock charger and put the machine
onto the dock charger tab to check whether it can be normally started. 2.
The machine does not work in the temperature range of 0-40
℃
. Too high
or low temperature will result in the condition that the battery is
protected. Please check that the operating temperature is restored to
0-40
℃
and kept for a certain period of time, and then try again.
