Insert the envelopes so that the short edge enters the printer first:
8. Adjust the paper guides to fit the envelope.
9. On the printer’s control panel display, select the envelope size, type, and color, and then select
Confirm .
Note: Make sure to turn the grey dials on the fuser back to the plain paper setting when finished
printing envelopes to ensure good print quality.
Loading Paper in Tray 2, 3, or 4
Trays 2, 3, or 4 accept:
•
Plain paper
• Punched paper
• Letterhead paper
• Recycled paper
• Pre-printed paper
Tray 2 accepts Letter and A4 size paper only.
Trays 3 and 4 accept Letter, A4, JIS B5, US Folio, Executive, and Legal size paper.
