GP 6 Machine Settings

Purpose

Use this procedure to configure machine settings from the Control Panel, Easy Print Manager,
and CWIS.

Procedure

From the Conrol Panel

Press the <Information> button.

Use the up/down arrows to scroll to the following menu items:

•

Network

To change settings Using Easy Print Manager (EPM):

Connect to the WorkCentre® 3025 Printer with a USB cable.

Open Easy Print Manager from the PWS.

Select [Advanced Mode] then select [Machine Settings].

Select from the following menu items to change the machine settings.

Scan

Network Setttings

From CWIS:

Connect to the WorkCentre® 3025 Printer with a USB cable or wirelessly.

Open Easy Print Manager and select the [CWIS] icon.

NOTE: It may be necessary to obtain the username and password from the customer if
they have been changed.

Select [Properties] then select from the following menu items to change the machine set-
tings:
