Insert envelopes with the print side up, flaps closed and down, and flaps going into the
printer.
Note:
When loading Monarch or DL envelopes, remove the Multipurpose Tray. For details, see
Loading Small Paper Sizes in the Bypass Tray
on page 53.

At the printer control panel, press the
Menu
button.
Note:
To navigate through the menu, use the
Up
or
Down
arrow buttons.

Tray Settings
, then press
OK
.

Bypass Tray
, then press

Tray Mode

.

Navigate to
Panel Specified

To return to the previous menu, press the

arrow button.

Navigate to
Paper Type

Navigate to
Envelope
, then press

12.
To return to the previous menu, press the
Left
arrow button.

Navigate to
Paper Size
, then press
OK

Navigate to the desired envelope size, then press
OK

Labels
You can print labels from any tray.
