For 2-sided printing, load letterhead and pre-printed face down with the top edge facing you.
Note:
Do not load paper above the maximum fill line. Overfilling the tray can cause the printer to
jam.
5.
Adjust the width guides until they touch the edges of the paper.
6.
If the control panel prompts you, on the screen, verify the paper size and type.
a.
At the printer control panel, verify that the displayed paper size matches the paper in the tray.
If correct, press
OK
.
b.
If the displayed paper size does not match the paper in the tray, navigate to the correct paper
size, then press
OK
.
Note:
To navigate through the menu, use the
Up
or
Down
arrow buttons.
c.
Verify that the displayed paper type matches the paper in the tray. If correct, press
OK
.
d.
If the displayed paper type does not match the paper in the tray, navigate to the correct paper
type, then press
OK
.
