Clearing paper misfeeds and jams

Troubleshooting Guide

2. Pull the block-shaped set separator toward you and hold it in

that position.

3. Remove and discard any paper in the duplex tray.

4. Return the set separator to its upright position.

5. Close the door and press the Continue button to resume

printing.
