Creating Document Management Fields
Use Internet Services to create Document Management
Fields. You will need the Internet Protocol (IP) address
of the Document Centre. Your Key Operator or
Administrator can provide the address if you do not
know it.
1. Type the Document Centre’s IP address in your
browser. The Document Centre’s Home Page will
open.
2. Select Services.
3. Select the Distribution Templates button.
4. Choose the desired template.
Use the Add, Edit or Delete buttons to create, modify
or delete a Document Management Field.
5. Select Add New Field.
Up to 6 fields can be programmed for each template.
