Working sequence:
1.
Fit + and
–
cable to ' battery output' and connect it to the second,
accessory battery.
2.
Fit + and
–
cable to ' battery input' and connect it to the starting battery.
3.
Mount + and
–
cable on ' solar input' connect it to the solar panel (if
present).
4.
Make connection between connection and ground vehicle.
6.
D+ connect between alternator and HDC converter.
Often alternators no longer have D+. In that case, use the ignition lock.

After assembly, check whether all cables are connected to the correct poles.
Reverse polarity can damage the converter.

If, in exceptional cases, you still want the charging converter to be always on,
you can connect the ' ignition ' connection to the + battery input or to the +
of the starter battery.

For dismantling, follow the reverse working order.
After connection, the converter starts up automatically, provided that the
switch-on values are met.
Important
Disconnect the converter completely if it is not used for a long period of time.
