Troubleshooting: How To Check Charger, Battery & Controller
To See If They Are Functioning Properly
Set the Main On/Off switch in the OFF position.
1) Plug Charger into 110 Volt outlet Only: Does the Green light come on solid?
2) With Charger still plugged into the 110 Volt outlet plug into the scooter: Does the Light
stay Green or begin to alternate Green/Red?
Charger Lights:
Solid Green = Charging
Alternating Green/Red = Batteries Charged.
Other things to check with foot board removed:
- Check the back of the Charger Port to confirm wires are firmly attached.
- Check back of the Fuse Holder to confirm wires are firmly attached.
- Confirm the Red & Black wires coming from the Charger Port are plugged into the port
labeled Charger on the Controller.

labeled Lock on the Controller.
- Confirm the Red & Black wires coming from the handlebars are plugged into the port
labeled Brake on the Controller.
