The Wylie 8420 boom, Vari-Space Boom (VSB), and 8220 boom are the result of years of testing and field proven
experience. They are built of the finest materials and expert workmanship to provide you with years of reliable service.
The 8420 boom is built in a 45’ length while the VSB are built in 20’, 27’, or 42’ lengths and are available in 3 point and
trailer mounted configurations. The 8220 boom is available in a 30’ length. The setup and operation of the 8220 boom
on spray trailers is similar to the VSB, therefore, 8220 owners should refer to the instructions for the VSB and apply
them to the 8220 boom.
This manual explains where and how to make necessary adjustments to your sprayer for safe and proper operation.
