TROUBLESHOOTING:
SYMPTOM
POSSIBLE CAUSE

No power.
Battery is not charged.
Charge battery.
Mains cable is plugged into
wall outlet.
Unplug mains cable.
Standby Mode.
Connect the charger for approx.
15 seconds. Reference “Standby
Mode” and/or “Deep Discharge
Protection” section on pg. 18.
Red EMO switch is pushed in.
Turn a quarter turn to the right to
have switch pop back out.
Battery is damaged.
Replace battery.
Battery will not charge.
Battery is damaged.
Replace battery.
Boom arm actuator will not
lift.
Too much weight on the lift.
Check the weight of person
being lifted.
Actuator rod has been
damaged.
Check for visual signs of side
impact. Call for service.
Broken connection.
Check that all cables completely
pushed into control box.
Boom arm actuator will
not lower.
Check for obstructions.
Remove obstruction.
Actuator rod has been
damaged.
Check for visual signs of side
impact. Call for service.
Broken connection.
Check that all cables completely
pushed into control box.
